Business and Finance Department

Welcome to the Business Department section of the SAU 60 website. Our department consists of to 3 full time and 1 part-time team members.  We are very fortunate to have talented employees who take care of the financial needs and goals of the district on a daily basis.   

Our Staff 

Dawn Downey-Hines is our Financial Services Manager.  She is the hands on manager of the daily operations of the Business Office and supervises payroll and accounts payroll.

Tammy Fletcher is our Payroll Assistant. She is responsible for processing all payroll changes and payroll. She is also responsible for management of the Absence system, TimeClock Plus, and is our Free & Reduced lunch coordinator. She also enjoys a good English cozy mystery book or movie

Peggy Jellie is our Accounts Payable Assistant. She proofs and processes over 7,500 invoices for our district’s 11 schools and multiple departments in a year’s time.  She works closely with our school building office staff to make sure we pay our bills in a timely manner and that we secure any and all discounts available to us.

The Business Office interacts with many of the employees on a daily basis throughout all of the eleven schools.  We have very dedicated, knowledgeable, hardworking employees at the Fall Mountain Regional School District and we enjoy working with all of them.  We are proud to be part of the SAU 60 Team!
