Bill is a career human resources professional who brings more than 40 years of HR management and leadership experience to the district. He has worked for several for nonprofit and for-profit organizations in Washington, DC, and New York City, including a two-year assignment in India. Throughout his years, Bill has managed recruitment and retention programs, performance management and compensation processes, training, and professional development as well as other various HR functions.
Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in human resources management. His interests include music, especially jazz, yoga, and politics.
Bill lives with his wife in Walpole and serves on the Board of Directors for Monadnock Family Services in Keene.
